Google have now introduced personalised search results to users whao are not signed into their Google account. Previously if you were signed in to your Google account all search results woud rank the sites you ahve clicked upon or visited much higher then those you had not. This has now changed with this new feature, the history of your searches is stored going back 180 days via a cookie on your computer.

Google says…

“For example, since I always search for [recipes] and often click on results from epicurious.com, Google might rank epicurious.com higher on the results page the next time I look for recipes,” Google exlains n a blog post on the subject. “Other times, when I’m looking for news about Cornell University’s sports teams, I search for [big red]. Because I frequently click on www.cornellbigred.com, Google might show me this result first, instead of the Big Red soda company or others.”

You need to develop 4 personalities in your business.

The dreamer. A dream is a great result.

You need a vision and a purpose, and a mission.

We need to build the system to be capable of creating the dream by implementing the vision and purpose to fulfil the mission.

The system should be able to run by minimum waged staff.

1. Primary aim Your business is about you, what is your dream for you. What will your life be when it is done.

2. Strategic objective The end result of the company. Dream big. Think small. Act even smaller

Create the client fulfilment model. Then the lead generation model to feed that first system. Create a turn key system to replicate the practises. Then create a management system to manage the system. Then create an enterprise based of multiple models of your business.

3. Organisation development Create a chart of company you are going to create.

Ray crock was the inspiration of the emyth ( founder of macdonalds). The Entreprenour myth was created from how ray created his business.

The macdonalds brothers gave ray the franchise rights to the macdonalds as they did not believe it could be franchise. He went off and borrowed the money to work on franchising it. To create a business that runs itself.

The worse boss to work for is yourself. You can’t grow unless you can replicate it. You can’t replicate it unless you can scale it.

What it means is freedom. Emyth is the freedom from the work you do to in your business.

People that go into business are just technitions that are good at what they do but have an entepreneurial whim.

You must go to work on your company and not work in your company.

If you would leave your company today what would happen. If you took off could your company carry on. Probably not as you have set the business up this way, you are the budiness, you have a job and not a business.
