Web Developer needed

The position requires a strong understanding of development and coding, layout, composition and user-interface design. Candidate should be able to pay attention to detail when needed, but also know when to balace detail with time-scales and project budget.

You will be working with a close team where creativity and new ideas are a must. Customer service and people skills are required due to a large client base.

The ability to multi-task is a must, as you will be working in a close enviroment within a small team. Good communication skills are essential.

Requirments

  • Able to build user-interface applications and back-end databases using various programming and scripting languages.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, PHP and MySQL on the backend.
  • Proficient / understanding of CSS, JavaScript and Photoshop.
  • Experience with cross-browser compatability.
  • Keeping up-to-date with current and new web technologies, browsers, languages, and plug-ins.
  • Understand search engines friendly design criteria, is a plus.
  • AJAX experience is not required but would be a plus.

Graphic Designer / Multi Media Designer
We required a Graphic Designer / Multi Media designer for our shop in
Enfield. The successful candidates should have industry experience as a
Graphic Designer and have a proven record of online design.

You should be able to work within a team in a close environment and 
onsite
directly with clients. You will be responsible for the design from 
initial
concept to final completion and have a good eye for detail. The right
candidates will be enthusiastic team players that also has excellent
communication skills.

Your typical work activities will include:

     * managing more than one design brief at a time,
     * meeting clients to discuss the business objectives and 
requirements of the job;
     * interpreting the client's business needs and developing a 
concept to suit their purpose;
     * estimating time taken to complete work and quotes for clients;
     * thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;
     * presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients.
     * proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;
     * contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;
     * working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, 
photographers, other designers, web developers & marketing specialists.
