We supply you with a list of keywords, that where actually searched for last month, and which relate to your business. You go through this list and pick the most specific words which we use to optimsise your website pages and register you on over 80 search engines, including Google, Yahoo, Altavista, Freeserve, MSN, ask geeves and many more.

Each search engine requires a different format for each of your pages and can take up to 2 months to accept your registration request. As there are alot of other people doing this service we have to keep optimising your pages otherwise you will eventually slip back down the list. Every month we monitor your position and re-optimsie any pages that are not performing.

We supply you with a online report that gives indepth information about your positions on all of the search engines. This helps you monitor how well the search engine promotion is working.

We also supply you Website Statistics that allows you to find out how many people have been visiting your website on a daily / monthly basis.

When this service is run on its own it can take quite a while to see any results, due to registration periods and the amount of start up work involved. This is why we recommend that you take this service with a small amount of PPC which works immediately.

You can choose to do PPC with either Google or The Overture Group which consists of Yahoo, MSN, Freeserve, Altavista and Ask Geeves. We set you up an account with a agreed amount of money for each month - see our pdf for more details. We use the same keywords that you chose for the Search Engine Promotion and bid on each term we register.

The benefit of PPC is it puts your advert at the top on the first pages of all the search engines, the idea is when someone searches for a specific keyword that relates to your business they see you first. When this visitor clicks on your link it deducts the amount you have bid on this term from your account and directs them to your website. If someone else is bidding 10p on a keyword a 11p bid will make you top of the list when that keyword is searched for.

Even though it costs you, say 11p to bring them to your site, if you have picked very specific keywords, you know they want exactly what you provide, increasing your chances of a sale / new customer.

When the money in your account is used up your advert disappears and will only return the following month, so you can budget what you spend, there is a minimum amount. Areatrade charges an administration fee to maintain your bids. We have alot of experience in dealing with these bids and make sure your money is being spent wisely on the right terms for maximum results.
