How to sell the service
Offering your clients our services
You need to be very careful when passing on reseller products to your clients. You must make it very clear to them exactly what they should expect from our service to avoid any confusion. Most resellers offer the free website design service as a value added service and therefore make it very clear who we are and pass the lead directly to us to deal with the sales. We call the client the same day and introduce ourselves, once they have paid a deposit we send out a welcome letter that is branded to us and you the reesller. It is a Free Website Design After All We provide exactly what it says on the tin, a FREE Website Design service. You can decide to let the client choose the template of their choice, or just offer one template for all your clients, the latter is the easiest option. You must make it very clear to them that we only re-design the template with their logo, company colours, images and text, and that the template layout remains the same. These are just meant to be portfolio websites. Miss-Selling The Product Problems will arise if your clients are mislead and do not fully understand the free service, this is why we make such an emphasis on this point. Retail Cost This type of website design and build would normally retail between £300 - £500 +vat. This can help to re-inforce the deal your offering. Sales Training We will provide a sales sheet with basic script and FAQ’s. We are more than happy to answer any questions you or your sales team may have. We are more than happy for you to just pass the lead and let us handle the sales. Terms & Conditions Your clients must understand the terms of the agreement.
* All websites are designed around a template, only the logo, images, colours and content are changed. * After their website is built they will be tied to a 1 or 2 year hosting contract. * Once built they cannot change the template, domain name or make major amendments without additional cost. We do offer a free redesign guarantee if the website is deemed by us both to be of a poor or incorrect design. The last thing we want is to upset your customers. The welcome letters do emphasise these points.
