This is only a guide of procedures that can be changed or amended
depending on your requirements. Resellers that offer more unique
services can have a tailored solution created to suit their business
model. Branding, White Label Pages & Training We set up your reseller admin and website banner branding and supply white label pages for your website. When your ready to offer your clients our services we can train your staff to sell the websites. We show them where to find examples on your website and a basic sales script, we can also provide an FAQ sheet just to cover the most popular questions asked. Dealing With Your Customers Websites Each week you will need to send us a spreadsheet containing all your new website leads. Once received we check which domain names are available and send out welcome letters which explain how the service works, it also gives them a 10 day period to supply content, change the domain name or cancel the agreement. After 10 days we design and build the website. We will use generic text, images, and a text logo if nothing is received. Once the website is complete a live letter with instructions how to log in and use the websites admin panel is sent. Direct Debit Payments The clients bank details are required as the hosting is collected by a monthly direct debit. If you do not supply these within the weekly spreadsheet we will need to call your clients to collect them before the site is built. You should add this to your terms and conditions. Paying Commission The commission is paid to you after *60 days of the website going live as long as the first two hosting payments have been received by us. |
