Adding New Email Addresses / CSV Upload Tips
Click on the New Address button.
In the Group List you can select one or multiple Groups to add the new email address. You can also add in more data into fields {F0} to {F9} . If you make these all common throughout the entries you add you can call these fields in the Newsletters that you create. For Example: F0 - First Name F1 - Last Name F2 - Business Trade F3 - Telephone Number F4 - Website F5 - Address 1 F6 - Address 2 F7 - Town F8 - County F9 - Postcode You can then add into your Newsletter these Tags {F0} to {F9} to include the field values from your addresses. When you create your Excel document just make sure your data is in the correct field structure ready to export as a CSV file. NOTE : Do not export as a CSV on a Mac – this only works on a PC . NOTE: If you want to personalise emails using the {F0} to {F9} variables you must not tick the Massmailing (BCC) tick box when creating a newsletter. This disables the feature. See below.
