Photo Gallery Instructions

This module allows you to add images of your work to showcase on your website. You can create multiple albums and perform a zip bulk upload to save time. All images on the website will gry the screen out and open up so they look vibrant against the darker background. It is a very nice effect.

Create a New Album
Click the Create a New Album button. You can enter the title of the album and description, keywords for search engines optimisation and whether you want the album to be shown on the website. You can also assign individual albums to certain pages on your website.

When you have added an album you can easily edit, delete the album or add images to it by clicking the buttons. See below.

Adding Images
Click on the Add Images button and the window will drop down. Here you can upload individual images one by one by adding the Title, Description, Keywords and Browsing for the image on your computer. You can also upload before and after image by clicking the Yes button. The program will resize all images for you creating the small and large sizes that are required.

NOTE: It is advised tyo upoad image 800 pixels by 600 pixels to reduce loading times.

Bulk Upload
If you click the Upload Zip Folder button the options will change. You can slect a zipped folder of images and upload them directly into the album. The program will unzip the folder and resize all images for you creating the small and large sizes that are required.

Viewing / Editing / Deleting Images In An Album
Once you have uplaoded your images you can easily view them by clicking the Plus[+] symbol that is next to the Yellow folder icon - far left of each album title.

If you click on the image itself you can see the effect of greying the screen out. This is how it will perform on your actual website. You can also edit or delete the image. If you select edit this box appears. Just make your changes and click Save Changes.
