To edit your website pages just click on the Website Pages icon. 
This will display your website pages. Click the EDIT button next to the page you want to edit. 
Whenthe page opens for editing you wil see a menu bar that runs along thetop of the page. This contains all the tools to allow you to add, editand delete your content. You can also turn the page off (enable page)create sub pages and link plug-ins that you have installed into pages.You can also veiw and amend your META tag data. 
Quick Icon Instructions  | Click onto the FULL SCREEN button, this opens your page up to fill the screen making it easier to edit your page. |  | Once you have edited your page click the PREVIEW button to make sure it is ok. Click the SAVE CHANGES button when finished making amendments. |  | NOTE: Use this button if your copying text from WORD. ASSET MANAGER - Adding Images to your Pages  | This button will open up the asset manager. You can upload and storeimages, flash files, sound clips, pdf’s and numerous other documentsincluding word & excel. To upload an item to the asset managerclick the yellow folder. |

Thiswill open up the Asset Manager. Here you can upload and manage yourmedia files including Jpg's, Flash Files, Gifs, sound files etc.. 
Byselecting say an image you can hit OK and choose to insert it onto thepage. Once it has been inserted onto the page you can use the anchorpoints to resize it. The anchor points are the small white squares thatappear when the image is clicked upon.
CREATING LINKS Standard Linking - URL's, PDF's, Word Documents etc.. Type the words which will become the link. Select the words by dragging over them with the cursor.  | Then click on the "Hyperlink" button. |
Inthis window you can choose whether to link to a file within the assetmanager or create an external link to say another website, an externalfile or email address. Linking to a file in Asset Manager Clickon the yellow folder. Click onto the file that you wish to link to. Ifit is a PDF a message “Not Available” will appear in the previewwindow, this is normal. As long as the file name is shown underneaththe preview window you know that it will work, just click OK tocontinue. 
Just select the item which is being linked to. Target options are: - Self: - Opens in same window as page.
- Blank: - Opens in new window.
- Parent: - Ignore this option.
Choose to add a Target and then click insert. This will add the link to the page you are editing, click save.  | Click the PREVIEW button to make sure it is ok. |
Email Linking - Email links Click on the page where you wish to add the link. Type the words which will become the link. Select the words by dragging over them with the cursor. Make sure youpick the “MAILTO:” option in the Source drop down. Then type the emailaddress. Hit Insert. 
NOTE: The Title field is not the name that will display on the website.  | Click the PREVIEW button to make sure it is ok. |
USING TABLES  | Click on the BLUE Grid button, this allows you to choose how many tables you require. |

Asyou can see I selected 6 tables across and 2 tables in height. When youlet go of the mouse the tables are added to the Page that you areediting. 
Ifyou would like to delete rows or columns you simply click the tableitself and click the circle with the X inside it. If you click theTriangle above it will add another row above or below if that isclicked. It may take you some time to get used to these.  | Using this button will allow you edit the table adding cell space etc. |
SPECIAL CHARACTERS  | If you need to use a special character such as a registered trade mark you will need to use the Special Character button. |
Whenthe window is open you only need to click once on the character youwish to use and it will add automatically to the Page you are editing. 
USING CSS STYLE SHEETS Wehave created your website using CSS Style Sheets. This keeps all thefont sizes and colours standardised throughout your website.  | Click on the Style Sheets button. |
Thiswill open up a panel to the far right which will contain all yourwebsites style sheets. You can use these to sustain the continuity ofthe website, for example if you highlight some text and click on theSUBHEADER style sheet you will notice the text change.
